Conflicto de jurisdicciones propuesto por el Juzgado Primero Administrativo del Circuito de Popayán.
La Corte constató que en el presente caso no se configuró un conflicto de competencia entre jurisdicciones, en tanto no se encontró satisfecho el presupuesto subjetivo, toda vez que no hay autoridad judicial diferente al de la referencia que niegue ser competente para conocer la demanda de nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho interpuesta en contra de la empresa AS Temporales SAS y otro.
Con base en lo anterior, la Sala Plena de la Corporación se declaró INHIBIDA para pronunciarse de fondo y ordenó devolver el expediente al Juzgado Primero Administrativo del Circuito de Popayán, para lo de su competencia.
